Instrumental in making International collaborations, for National Law University Delhi, with many Universities across the globe, namely: VU University, Amsterdam; Sheffield Hallam University, U.K. Law Faculty, Tilburg University, Netherlands; University of Bergen, Norway; and School of Oriental and African Studies, London.

Participated/ and Addressed Audience on:

  1. Participated in the 21st ASLI Annual Conference at Chulalongkorn University, Faculty of Law, Bangkok, Thailand from 28-31 May 2024.
    Prof. Bajpai also Chaired a session on Criminal Law at the 21st ASLI Annual Conference. Reputed Academicians, Practitioners and other stakeholders from various countries participated in the Conference.
  2. Ethical Issues in the future developments of AI in International Artificial Intelligence Summit 2024 (Future AI Summit 2024) organized by Bahcesehir University, Istanbul, Turkey on 16th April 2024. Prof. Bajpai was also a Panelist in Protection of Personal Data in International Artificial Intelligence Summit 2024 (Future AI Summit 2024) on 17h April 2024.
  3. Part of the NLUD delegation invited to present papers at the ‘16th Asian Law Institute (ASLI) Conference 2019’, from 11th-12th June 2019, at the Bukit Timah Campus, National University of Singapore Faculty of Law; themed “The Rule of Law and the Role of Law in Asia”.  A paper was presented titled, “Anti-Radicalization: A Study of Strategies in the State of Maharashtra”. Also served as a moderator in the same conference, in its session on ‘Law & Society’, on 12th June 2019.
  4. ‘The Judiciary in India: Public Interest Litigation and Criminal Justice’. This was a seminar organised by ‘Università della Campania’ - “Luigi Vanvitelli”, Naples, Italy, on 19 December 2018.
  5. ‘Empirical Methods in Researching Economic Social and Development Rights’. This was in the ‘13th Winter Residential School on Economic Social and Development Rights 2018’, on 11 December 2018, organised by ‘Kathmandu School of Law, Nepal’.
  6. ‘Anti-Radicalisation Strategies in Indian Context: A Case Study of Initiatives in Maharashtra’. This was in a Seminar on ‘Political Violence and Radical Militancy in South Asia’, organised by ‘Network of Researchers in International Affairs’ (NORIA), in association with ‘Institute for Strategic Research (IRSEM), held at Paris, France on 28-29 November 2018.
  7. ‘Happiness and Criminal Justice Victimisation: A Study of Relationship and Restoration’. Also Chaired the Plenary Session on ‘Resilience and Victims of Violence’, in ‘16th International Symposium of World Society of Victimology’ (WSV), held at ‘City University of Hong Kong’ on 12 June, 2018.
  8. ‘Victimology in Promotion of Happiness and Restoration’.  This was in ‘16th Asian Post-graduate Course on Victimology, Victim Assistance and Criminal Justice’ (APGC), on 9 June, 2018. This was organised by ‘O.P. Jindal Global University in association with World Society of Victimology’ (WSV), at ‘City University of Hong Kong’.
  9. ‘Trends and Challenges of Open Educational Resources for Legal Education in Global South’. This was in ‘Create IP Summer Summit 2017’, organised by ‘School of Law, University of Glasgow’, from 26-30 June, 2017.

  2. ‘Victim Justice—An Emerging Dimension in Criminal Justice System’.  This was in ‘VIII Annual Conference of Victimology Society of Serbia’, on 30 Nov.-1 Dec. 2017, at Belgrade, Serbia.
  3. ‘Developing Critical Criminal Law’. This was in ‘14th Asian Law Institute Conference’, held at Manila, Philippines, on 18-19 May, 2017.
