Prof. (Dr.) G.S. Bajpai initiated various projects of e-Governance at National Law University Delhi. He played a major role to boost up courses on MOOCs (Massive Open Online Courses), E-Pathshala and GIAN (Global Initiative of Academic Networks).

He is currently Principal Investigator for Massive Open Online Course (MOOCs @ ePG Pathshala Project) awarded by UGC to NLU Delhi in 2017. He spearheaded the digital initiatives in the form of e-PG Pathshala Projects in the subject Law and Criminology / MOOCs to expand the reach and access of legal education in the country. He also administered Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs ) in 9 law subjects for the first time by any law school in the country to cater to more than 10,000 students. He is also course coordinator for the paper entitled, ‘Research Methodology.’ He is Co- Principal Investigator (Co-PI) for the E-PG Patshala Project for the subject law at NLU Delhi awarded by UGC in 2013. NLU Delhi was entrusted with the responsibility by University Grants Commission (UGC) to develop e-content for Post Graduate Courses in sixteen (16) subjects in Law under E-PG Pathshala Project. The project involved generating more than 100 modules under a four quadrant approach. Currently Principal Investigator (PI) for the E-PG Pathshala Project for the subject Criminology awarded by UGC in 2016. This project involves developing e-content for Post Graduate Courses in sixteen (16) subjects in Criminology under E- PG-Pathshala Project.
